After leaving the home, ISP said the vehicle was pulled over by the Garfield Heights Police Department, but Bryson wasn't in the vehicle. Investigators with ISP were requested by the Cass County Department of Child Services on or about June 18 to investigate allegations of domestic battery to Bryson. Police said these allegations were alleged to have taken place in the child's home on the 1700 block of west US Highway 24.
