Investigators released a crash report Thursday detailing last month's deadly school bus crash in Bastrop County .The Texas Department of Public Safety released its report detailing last month's deadly school bus crash in Bastrop County that killed two people and injured dozens more.
Documents say the bus tried swerving out of the way but was hit, spinning counterclockwise before rolling over once and coming to a stop upright. 5-year-old Ulises Rodriguez Montoya was killed and dozens more were injured. The concrete truck then continued through a guardrail and overturned in a ditch. Court documents released last week reveal Hernandez told investigators he got only three hours of sleep the night before the crash-- and used marijuana and cocaine.
