EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said the 27-nation bloc “strongly condemns what seems to be an attempt on Mr. Navalny’s life.”U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said the U.S. “stands ready to assist” with a probe, if reports of a poisoning “prove accurate.
