Staying true to her monochrome wardrobe, this is what one Vogue editor came up with for a week of working from home.
But now that we are months into this, it feels indulgent and stagnant for me to continue dressing that way. I needed some kind of stimulation in my day—even if it’s just changing clothes. As work ramps up, I’ve been feeling reinvigorated to go back to my closet. I’ve reinstated a few favorite pieces into my work week rotation. Staying true to my monochrome wardrobe, this is what I came up with.
I jumped on the sourdough bandwagon and have been preciously feeding my starter all weekend. On Monday it was finally active and ready to be baked. Cultivating it made me feel a little witchy and scientific like the main character in, which I watched this past weekend. I was thoroughly inspired by the main character’s makeup and 70’s glam. Why not cosplay while I brewed up a funky creation of my own? My Batsheva Victorian top was just the ticket to really inhabit this vibe.
