Ingka Group, the owner of most IKEA stores worldwide, on Monday said it has agreed to buy a 49 per cent stake in three wind development projects offshore Sweden from renewables development company OX2 for €58-million .
“The projects have the potential to produce up to 38 TWh combined, once operational, corresponding to more than 25 per cent of the electricity consumed in Sweden 2021,” it said.
