And on Tuesday New Hampshire reminded everyone why it still matters., Bernie Sanders was declared the winner, although by only a small margin over Pete Buttigieg—and with only about 26% of the vote, the lowest total ever for a winner of this state’s primary. Meanwhile Buttigieg proved his strong showing in Iowa was not a fluke and Klobuchar rode, giving rise to what her supporters call Klomentum.
