THUNDER BAY — A local favourite dining space is in limbo after getting locked out by their building owners.
H.O.M.E Group Ventures Inc. took over the building in 2020, promising fixes, upgrades and more to its tenants, according to Thunder and Lay, after they had recently taken over a second part of the building with hopes to expand the business. Lay met with building owners as recently July 20 and continued discussions about no longer being responsible for the vacant, condemned portion of the building.
