There is a new horizon of possibility for collective welfare and good governance and decency and respect for others. Imagination is power in politics. Kamala Harris’ candidacy is possible first because we imagined it could be so. We are in a moment of expansive imagination for the future of this country and we decided that we would not accept the dark declarations of Trump but instead have created a fate of our own making.Inspiring people to reimagine America governed by women of color is the force behind my work.
