The National Weather Service said the mixed precipitation could leave an icy glaze over local roads. A combination of rain and snow will fall before 2 p.m. Wednesday. Snow could combine with sleet between 2–3 p.m., then shift to solely rain after 3 p.m. The rain could last until about 11 p.m., according to the NWS.Forecasters said temperatures will peak near 40 Wednesday. Forecasters said up to 35 mph winds are possible throughout the day.
A winter weather advisory is in effect until 4 p.m. Wednesday for Dauphin, Lebanon, Cumberland, Adams, Perry and Franklin counties.
