The Huskies are back in the Manitoba city this weekend two weeks after losing a pair of games to the University of Manitoba Bisons to close out the regular season at 11-7-2.

Huskies head coach Steve Kook, who is making his 14th consecutive playoff appearance dating back to the 2008, is hoping his team learned from getting swept by 3-0 and 2-1 defeats. If the Huskies are able to find some success this weekend, they’ll likely need to get their power play clicking. The Dogs’ power play has struggled away from Merlis Belsher Place, scoring on just three of 44 opportunities on the road this season.

Bourassa, who is 27th among Canada West scorers, has seven goals and four assists for 11 points in 10 games.
