One or even both partners might want more sex or variety and look for other people who can provide them with what they want and need.
Equally as important is emotional satisfaction in relationships. Just like people can be sexually frustrated, they can also be emotionally dissatisfied. They might feel like they’re disillusioned with their partners and cannot connect with them any longer.
