charged in the fentanyl-poisoning death of a toddler was hunted down in Mexico, law enforcement sources told The Post Tuesday.
Felix Herrera, who was captured on surveillance video sneaking out the back of the drug-peddling Kingsbridge childcare center minutes before cops found 1-year-old Nicholas Feliz Dominici dying from the drug, was nabbed on a bus in Sinaloa on Tuesday by Mexican authorities and US Drug Enforcement Administration agents, the sources said.
Herrera is expected to be extradited to the US and become the fourth suspect charged in the heart-breaking case. His wife, Grei Mendez, 36, who owns Divino Nino Daycare, and an alleged cohort, Carlisto Acevedo Brito, 41, were , assault and child endangerment the day after Dominic died and three other tots were treated with Narcan after being exposed to fentanyl.This is a developing story
