President Joe Biden, from left, his sister Valerie Biden Owens and his son Hunter Biden, on the South Lawn of the White House in Washington, on July 26., will be sentenced on Nov. 13 after a jury found him guilty of federal gun charges, according to a court filing on Friday.
The sentencing by U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika will take place eight days after the Nov. 5 presidential election pitting Vice President Kamala Harris against Republican nominee Donald Trump.
