There are four main sections on the main Discord interface. On the far left side of your screen, you’ll see the servers that you’re a part of. Each group has its own icon. Next, you’ll need to add at least one category to your server. To do this on the desktop, right click somewhere in the channel panel and select Create Category. You can also click the little dropdown arrow up by your server’s name to get the option too. On mobile, tap the three vertical dots up by your server name, then Create Category.
