Here's Where to Donate Your Unused Beauty Products Ahead of the New Year
Since 2017, the Los Angeles LGBT Center has accepted unused cosmetic and personal hygiene products for transgender and gender non-conforming people. Hairstylist Andrew Fitzsimons created the initiative, which distributes donated products to the Center's Transgender Economic Empowerment Project and other clients of organizations serving the trans community. Donations will benefit a group of people with higher rates of poverty, particularly trans women of color.
