This has left, according to a recent KPMG, almost 70 per cent of small and mid-sized businesses struggling to find and retain staff who have the skills they need to grow the company.

I attribute much of this success to a five-factor recruitment process to evaluate candidates: a growth mindset, passion, a strong desire to work with people and connect with the community and recognizing the value of a franchise system.
