Two tickets Tuesday had five matching numbers worth a $1 million prize, according to the Mega Millions. Those were purchased in Massachusetts and North Carolina.The overall odds of winning any Mega Millions prize are 1-in-24 while the odds of winning the jackpot are 1-in-302,575,350, according to Mega Millions., Breaking News Reporter.
