The 14th Annual Walk for Reconciliation is set to take place at 8:30 a.m., starting at the downtown Harry Hays Building and heading to Fort Calgary. The event began in 2009 to commemorate former prime minister Stephen Harper’s historic 2008 apology to the survivors of Canada’s residential school system.
