, Blossom Hotel earned recognition from guests for its friendly service and comfortable, modern rooms, according to a release.
"Despite opening during the most challenging year in history of the hospitality industry, Blossom Hotel Houston was an instant hit thanks to the team's dedication to invigorating the local economy and bringing both tourism and business to the city," said Randy Nameth, the hotel's director of operations, in a release.
The 16-story, 267-room boutique hotel was the only Houston property to receive the accolade. It also finished as the top new hotel in Texas, beating out Austin's Colton House Hotel and the Thompson San Antonio - Riverwalk . Lyle Washington DC in the District of Columbia topped the list, with Pendry Manhattan West in New York City coming in at No. 2.
