During the 2017 World Series parade, a fan dropped her hat from the seventh floor of a parking garage. Dozens of Astros fans lined up against the garage and amid cheers eventually returning the cap to its rightful owner. Fans attempted to recreate the 2017 stunt at this year's parade.
