is based on a book of its own, one written by Martin while he procrastinated on finishing the original series. Which should mean, ideally, thatknows exactly where it’s going, and can maybe take some luxurious time to build a world of depth and character while it gets there. When the path is entirely laid out before you, the journey can be savored that much more.thus far moves swiftly through its plotting. Decisions are made and their consequences near immediately realized, a scene or two later.
