Keith Douglas Casey has run several times to unseat U.S. Rep. Randy Weber, a Republican representing the 14th Congressional District in East Texas.

Keith Douglas Casey has been charged in connection with making a threat against Weber, according to a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.A former candidate for U.S. representative has been accused of threatening to kill his political opponent, U.S. Rep.
Weber also handily defeated Casey in the 2018 Republican primary, with Casey finishng in third place with about 5% of the vote.in the primary race for the U.S. House of Representatives District 14, garnering about 84% of the vote compared to Casey’s 16%. Staff members in Weber’s office first reported the matter to federal law enforcement as early as March 29.
