The Honor 70 is capable of capturing 4K video at up to 30 frames per second, or Full HD at 60 frames per second. If you’re recording from two cameras simultaneously, you’re limited to Full HD, which is a blessing for the file size, if nothing else.
The screen is tall, sharp and exceedingly bright with the slider flung up to maximum. You can comfortably read the screen outdoors with it throttled back to half brightness, which of course helps with the battery life. However, the phone does get warm in the hand when it’s pushed with those 3D games and other heavy-duty tasks. Not unbearably hot, but warm enough for sweaty palms. And that’s when the battery life does start to dwindle more quickly. We saw a 15% drop in battery life after a 30-minute Genshin Impact session.But let’s come back to that battery life, because it is worthy of note.
