(Andrea Stenson, Viking Canada, Dahlia Katz)is a multi-faith holiday rom-com about the love that occurs when Christmas, Ramadan and Hanukkah all fall at the same time. The story follows two strangers-turned-friends, Maryam Aziz and Anna Gibson, who are snowbound in the small, charming town of Snow Falls after meeting on a plane to Toronto — along with the cast and crew of a holiday romance movie, nosy family members and a lifelong crush. How romance writers Uzma Jalaluddin and Marissa Stapley represent multi-faith holiday fun in new book 'I will say that although both Anna and Maryam are navigating romance and romantic feelings during this novel, what stayed with me afterwards was the friendship that these two women have,' said Mann. 'They find themselves on this plane together. They don't have a lot in common initially. They're not too sure about each other. But actually, as they go through this intense experience of being snowed in together, they really figure out who each other is. And that supportive and kind friendship is just really lovely to read.
