CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Charlottetown’s Eastlink Centre recently came alive with colours, music and dancing as hundreds of people gathered for Holi, often known as the Festival of Colours.
Rao, who moved to P.E.I. from India over a decade ago, said he’s proud to be part of organizing such a large-scale Holi celebration on the Island.
