The Hockey Hall of Fame will re-open to the public on July 15 after closing back in March due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Complimentary stylus pens will be provided to use on touch screens and hand sanitizer will be available throughout the facility as well.
Visitors will have access to most areas at the Hockey Hall of Fame, but some interactive exhibits — including touching the Stanley Cup — will be off-limits due to Ontario’s Stage 2 re-opening guidelines. “The Hall’s top priority is the health and safety of our guests and staff,” McDonald said in a statement. “To that end, we have worked on stringent protocols that adhere to the Province of Ontario’s Stage 2 re-opening guidelines.”
The Hall’s popular exhibits, such as “9 & 99” Howe and Gretzky and “The Changing Face of Hockey: Diversity in our Game,” have also been extended through to Dec. 31.
