Hilary Duff admitted that she often follows Gwyneth Paltrow’s controversial “starvation” diet.
“Sometimes I try to — you know, Gwyneth’s in trouble for saying this — but sometimes I try to just drink coffee in the morning and starve off my hunger,” the “Lizzie McGuire” alum, 35, told Molly Sims in Tuesday’s episode of the model’sThe actress and singer explained that she’s “obsessed with those cauliflower rounds,” which she described as “super clean,” and said she likes to crisp them up in the air fryer.
Duff added that she usually tops them off with egg salad, a fried egg, avocado or vegan sausage.
