It says the remainder of the Island , meanwhile, is under a flood watch, meaning flooding may occur near rivers.for parts of the Island, including west, inland and east sections. To the west, storm totals are approaching 150 millimetres of rain near the coast and exceeding 250 mm over mountain areas, while inland regions will see up to 120 mm and east regions up to 100 mm.
