Unlike the sun, the moon doesn’t create its own light.The light from the sun reflects off the moon’s surface and makes it brighter. The moon and the stars don’t go anywhere during the day — they are still up in the sky, just as we see them at night, but the sunlight overtakes them.Saturday is the Snow Moon.
