'It has truly been a joy': Signature ice cream shop is here to stay — but will be moving from its current Queen Street location, according to outgoing owners
After operating at 810 Queen Street East for the past seven years, the owners of Elliott’s Ice Cream & Creperie have decided to move on from the business.According to outgoing owners Jamie and Tina Elliott, it appears the signature ice cream is at least here to stay — but will be operated in a different location under new ownership.
The couple took to Facebook earlier today to announce the sale was final, just two weeks after they initially let their customers know the shop was on the market."We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our loyal customers from over the past 7 years," the owners wrote on Facebook.
Specializing in all sorts of fancy cakes, cones, and crepes, Elliott’s proudly made their products fresh and right in-house. The cream from their menu items actually came straight from northern Ontario dairy producers, while other ingredients like fruits, maple syrup, and honey were all local.
