Henry Cárdenas, founder/CEO of Cardenas Marketing Network, has been in the music industry for more than four decades, but when it comes down to it, three things have made his journey a success, says the Billboard Latin Power Player Executive of the Year. Hosted by Billboard's Leila Cobo, the event coincided with Billboard’s current annual Latin Power Players print issue during a daytime summit and cocktail reception, which was followed by Billboard's exclusive En Vivo concert at Neuehouse in Los Angeles.
"Thanks to the Latin industry ... every single one of you in this room, it's because of you all that we've had such a growth," Brown said.
