Helijet offering limited services between Nanaimo and Port Alberni starting Monday

The helicopter transport service, Helijet, will be offering one ride each way once a day starting Monday. The chopper will leave the company’s Nanaimo heliport location at 9:30 a.m. and arrive in Port Alberni just 20 minutes later.Tickets start at $175 for a one-way trip and require special booking.
