Rexall 2-pack Water Filled Teethers may have bacteria in their liquid filling

Affected products This recall involves Rexall 2-pack Water Filled Teethers available in a variety of colours . The recalled teethers can be identified by UPC 771058114956 located on the back of the packaging.

Issue Under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act, teether fillings must not contain any living micro-organisms. Health Canada’s sampling and evaluation program has determined that the liquid filling is contaminated with the bacteria Robertmurraya sp. These bacteria generally do not cause illness in healthy individuals.
