UPDATE: The woman’s nephew is facing a murder charge after he allegedly shot and killed a teen who she claims she found him in bed with her juvenile daughter, according to deputies with Harris County Sherriff’s Office.

The nephew, 20-year-old Daniel Hines, was not injured. He was taken to the HCSO Homicide Unit for questioning and was later charged.
