HBO Max officially orders Penguin spinoff series with Colin Farrell to reprise his role as the iconic Gotham villain
The TV drama will further explore the backstory of the Penguin, whose real name is Oswald Cobblepot, or Oz for short, and delve into the unscrupulous ways he influences the city of Gotham.
