A planned decade-spanning Harry Potter TV show is currently in the works at Max, speaking to the continued interest in the franchise, What's more, the world of Harry Potter is also a big reason for the franchise's success. The medium of animation would allow for some interesting artistic flourishes in this regard, particularly as it relates to the use of magic. Spell casting, for example, could be depicted in a much more stylized way in animation, allowing for creative new ways to approach wizard duels.
