Maintaining control of a demanding work and home schedule can be difficult. In fact, a Gallup poll found that 41% of U.S. adults feel like they don't have enough time to do everything they want.
"Give yourself an hour," she says."'Power hour' is when you set aside an hour on the weekend to just do all the things that you've been procrastinating about." "'Power hour' is a way to keep [things] manageable," she says,"especially for people who are super busy and don't want to spend the entire afternoon of one of their precious weekend days clearing clutter."
Rubin adds that to make your weekend power hour less stressful, you should put forth effort during the week to maintain order and organization.
