A minute-long video uploaded to social media begins with a woman making an anti-Asian remark before singing to herself and giving the finger to the camera.
A 51-year-old Hamilton woman has been charged after a video surfaced online showing a racist, expletive-filled tirade over a parking spot at the Niagara-on-the-Lake outlet mall on Boxing Day, according to Niagara Regional Police.
The woman then claims that the person recording the video kicked her. It is difficult to determine from the video whether a kick was thrown or not. “I’m going to call 911 and tell them that she kicked me,” she proclaims, adding, “I’m going to have you charged.”
