Investigators believe there are people with information related to Lowe's murder who have yet to come forward to police.
Police are urging anyone with information about Derek's murder to come forward. Investigators said the smallest piece of information might be crucial in solving the case.Nova Scotia's rewards program for unsolved crimes is also offering up to $150,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for Lowe's death.
Callers must contact the rewards program at 1-888-710-9090, provide their name and contact information, and may be called to testify in court. All calls will be recorded.
