Halifax sees fastest rising rents in Canada, CMHC report revealsA new report from the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation shows rental prices in Halifax are increasing faster than in other large Canadian cities, worsening affordability. The city has the lowest vacancy rate and turnover rate among major markets, with particularly tight supply for affordable units.
