Smith found the hull of his current boat on Lake Erie, and “threw overboard” the diesel engine, the water tanks and the electronics. Halifax Harbour Tours does six or seven tours a day, with eight passengers on each. The addition to the fleet will hold 12 people, and is scheduled to arrive in December or January.
