The Shops at Chisholm Trail RanchThe site is on the north side of McPherson Boulevard, between the Chisholm Trail Parkway and Summer Creek Drive. This part of the development is mostly undeveloped with a lone Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers restaurant open so far, according to the“H-E-B purchased the land in anticipation of our future needs as we expand across the North Texas region,” said Mabrie Jackson, H-E-B spokeswoman.The location is about halfway between downtown Fort Worth and Cleburne.
H-E-B has two other supermarkets under construction in Tarrant County, southeast of Fort Worth in Mansfield and on the north side of Fort Worth in the Alliance area.H-E-B owns other undeveloped parcels in Tarrant County:H-E-B also owns land in Euless at 3700 Cheek-Sparger Road and Heritage Parkway. The retailer has purchased dozens of parcels throughout Dallas-Fort Worth as part of its expansion into Dallas-Fort Worth.
