All 11 employees — including seven attorneys — with the Flagstaff firm will be retained and work at the same location in northern Arizona.
Gust Rosenfeld PLC, a longstanding Phoenix law firm, has combined with Hufford, Horstman, Mongini, Parnell & Tucker PC, headquartered in Flagstaff, under a new name.
Prior to the latest merger, Gust Rosenfeld had been ranked No. 14 among the largest Phoenix-area law firms,Rob Haws, one of five attorney's on Gust Rosenfeld's executive committee, told the Business Journal that he had an initial conversation with Ben Hufford of Hufford, Horstman about a year ago that ultimately led to the merger.
"The combined firm adds and enhances all those core values and provides significant value to clients moving forward," he said.
