Ah, now I see his point. The Trudeau government doesn’t have to interfere with the CBC to get the editorial content it wants. The CBC knows what to do without being told.

You can see Mar’s point, though. It’s unfair to give CBC a label that implies the broadcaster takes marching order from the PMO or Liberal campaign HQ, when in truth the CBC enthusiastically falls in line entirely voluntarily.
