Halifax District RCMP Seek Public Assistance to Identify Driver | SaltWireHALIFAX, N.S. — A man and a woman are facing two dozen combined charges after a search turned up weapons, drugs and cash at a Fairview home in Halifax on Friday morning.
Acting on an ongoing investigation, Halifax Regional Police searched a Kingsmere Court residence around 5 a.m., finding loaded firearms, over 400 grams of cocaine, 2,000 opioid pills, and roughly $17,000. Two people were arrested at the scene — Jordon Lawrence David Cooper, 32, who’ll appear in court today, and Kaitlyn Jean Burns, 29, who is scheduled for a later date.
