Shrunken survival adventure Grounded is the next game to get a TV adaptation, with an animated series in the works.
According to the report, the series will follow four school friends. Just like the game, these kids have their summer plans upended when they find themselves shrunk to two inches tall. They’ll have to survive in the dangerous backyard, but also uncover a corporate conspiracy that threatens their entire town.
Both Obsidian and publisher Xbox will be working on the project, with Waterproof Studios/SC Productions, Kinetic Media and Bardel Entertainment.
