After months of planning and several delays, we are at the ground breaking for the new elementary school in Uvalde. Many have described this day as bittersweet because of the why behind the day. This elementary school is being built out of the tragedy that happened at Robb“We have to remember why we are here, and I could just picture Amerie being excited if she was able to attend this beautiful school,” Berlinda Arreola, Amerie Jo Garza’s step-grandma, said.
