The 67th Grammy Awards, held in Los Angeles after recent wildfires, served as a platform for both musical celebration and wildfire relief efforts.

The 67th Grammy Awards , held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Sunday, marked the first major awards show in the city following devastating wildfires last month. Despite initial concerns about the event's continuation, the economic impact of the production, estimated at around $200 million US for the local economy, led to the decision to proceed. The Grammys transformed into a platform for raising funds for wildfire relief and supporting industry professionals affected by the disaster.

Hosted by Trevor Noah, the 2025 Grammy Awards featured a tribute to music legend Quincy Jones and a star-studded lineup of performers, including Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, and many more. While the red carpet witnessed an abundance of high-fashion moments and glamorous gowns, a notable trend was the preference for understated, minimalist looks by several attendees. Some prominent figures, like Beyoncé, opted to skip the red carpet altogether.Among the standout looks, Sierra Ferrell's all-white, pearl-embellished ensemble by Florida-based designer Jeffrey Kelly Abess stood out as a dramatic and eye-catching choice. Chappell Roan, a singer-songwriter and best new artist nominee, showcased a vintage Jean Paul Gaultier couture gown from the spring 2003 collection, complete with a feathery headpiece. Sir The Baptist, the artist, songwriter, and producer, combined a lace-embellished black suit with a bright red Los Angeles County Fire Department hat, adding a touch of local relevance to his ensemble. Sabrina Carpenter exuded vintage glamour in a low-back, feather-trimmed blue satin gown designed by British designer Jonathan Anderson. Other notable red carpet appearances included Doechii's shipwreck-inspired grey-blue Jean Paul Gaultier gown and Latto's custom Thom Browne look, which featured a floor-length pinstripe gown and dress shirt combination. Cardi B oozed confidence in a sequinned, animal print Roberto Cavalli gown adorned with a multi-colored feathered train, while Moriah Rose Pereira, known as Doechii, opted for an eye-catching ensemble from Irish designer Simone Rocha's spring/summer 2025 collection. Lady Gaga embraced goth glamour in a custom Samuel Lewis ensemble paired with Tiffany & Co. jewelry, while Alicia Keys dazzled in a black Dolce & Gabbana column dress accessorized with a gold corset and headpiece.
