Biscuit Belly, Kentucky-based “craft casual” brunch restaurant, is here. It opened in Hoover Feb. 7, and a Huntsville location is slated to open later this year. It serves up scratch-made biscuit sandwiches, breakfast cocktails and Southern breakfast fare.

The Hoover location is run by Power Brands Hospitality, with husband and wife Andrew and Rachel Adams of Hoover.
