Four lifelong friends and amateur golfers had a perfect golfing weekend at Black Bear Ridge, about two hours east of Toronto.
Our house, about a 10-minute walk from our club rentals and carts at the pro shop, included an indoor fireplace, state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen, 75-inch television, Sonos audio system, wraparound deck with integrated fire pit , Napoleon barbeque , and an eye-catching mix of modern and vintage furniture with some nice art touches by interior designer Carlo Colacci .
As of last June, the first phase was completed of a $1.54-billion development plan that will eventually include more accommodations, a spa, expanded clubhouse, parkland, outdoor event spaces, and 3,000 residential units.
